If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, we will unfortunately be obliged to charge you for the reserved time.
Although we do our best to provide high-quality care, you may have a complaint. In that case, please let us know so that we can work together to find a solution. Of course, we want nothing more than to see you satisfied. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact the Dentist Information Point of the KNMT.

Mocht u verhinderd zijn voor uw afspraak, dan verzoeken wij u om uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren telefonisch contact met ons op te nemen. Indien u zich niet tijdig heeft afgemeld dan zijn wij helaas genoodzaakt om de gereserveerde tijd in rekening te brengen.
Hoewel wij ons best doen om hoogwaardige zorg te bieden, kan het voorkomen dat u een klacht heeft. Laat het ons in dat geval weten, zodat wij samen naar een oplossing kunnen zoeken.
